One of the distinctive techniques of the company is silvering and gilding, accomplished through the manual application of gold and silver leaf. Additionally, they masterfully reproduce refined decorations in the Florentine style of the 14th century and Venetian style of the 18th century, using traditional materials and tools such as animal glues, plaster, shellac, hot stamps, and tracing wheels, as well as technological innovations like water-based paints and airbrushes.

The company is particularly renowned for its use of the ancient Florentine "Guazzo" technique, of which it is the sole custodian.

The extensive range of luxury tables, featuring over 400 items available in numerous finishes and further customizable, allows the company to furnish entire villas, offering unique pieces rich in tradition and charm that endure over time. Additionally, the broad selection of fabrics and leathers enables further customization of the tables, transforming them into true masterpieces of Italian craftsmanship.

After learning techniques and gaining knowledge by working at the most renowned Florentine artisan workshops, Fanfani launched his own production, blending tradition and innovation.

Over the years, Andrea Fanfani has been joined by his two sons, Marco and Roberto, helping to consolidate the company as one of the most established Italian brands in the luxury classic furniture sector.
