The wood is intricately carved using both advanced equipment like pantographs and traditional tools such as gouges and chisels. Following this, the furniture undergoes decoration and finishing, showcasing the company's commitment to blending time-honored techniques with modern methods. Notable techniques include silvering and gilding, with the hand application of gold and silver leaf. Additionally, Venetian and Florentine styles from the 14th and 18th centuries are recreated using both old and new technologies. The company is renowned for its skilled use of the ancient Florentine "Guazzo" technique, a tradition they uniquely uphold.

Our Renaissance furniture and its creation:

The company was established in 1973 by Andrea Fanfani, a skilled carver and decorator. After acquiring expertise in renowned Florentine artisan workshops, he ventured into his own production, merging traditional and innovative designs. Over time, his sons Marco and Roberto joined him, and today, the company is globally recognized as one of the foremost names in Italian classic furniture.

Operating from two facilities in Ginestra Fiorentina, the founder's hometown, just 10 km from Florence, the company spans approximately 3000 square meters. With a team that is both highly skilled and modern, along with external collaborations, they meet the sophisticated needs of their clients efficiently. Andrea Fanfani Srl offers over 400 series production items in various finishes, all customizable, alongside a wide selection of fabrics and leathers. They craft pieces for entire villas, from living areas to bedrooms, or unique items rich in tradition and charm that endure over time.
